We provide exterior cleaning and landscaping services across Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and local weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a job based on safety concerns, access limitations, or other reasons deemed necessary.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours'
notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. If we arrive at the job site and are unable to complete the service
due to lack of access or other preventable issues, a service charge may still apply.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major
credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.

5. Property Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and clearing any obstructions prior to service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or the effects of cleaning on surfaces that are improperly maintained or beyond their usable lifespan (e.g., cracked concrete, loose paint, brittle roof tiles).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAM Exterior Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of BEAM Exterior Service and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole discretion. Any suspected violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

10. Governing Law
